Handcrafted metallic Greek chess pieces inspired by the Greco-Roman period.

The pieces are hand-cast in solid zinc and then brass and nickel plated. Chess pieces are then lacquered to keep the lustrous finish from ever tarnishing.

King: Zeus, King of the Olympian Gods.
Queen: Hera, Queen of the Olympian Gods and Goddess of marriage.
Bishop: Poseidon
Knight: Pegasus
Rook: Ionian order column, as appeared in many ancient temples.
Pawn: Atlas, a Titan who was condemned after the Titanomachy to hold aloft the heavens.

The set includes 32 pawns (silver and gold color).
