You can place your order using one of the following payment methods:
1.Cash on delivery (Only for orders within Greece)
-Free for pickup at our store
-You can pay upon the delivery of your order to your location with the extra cost οf 2.45€ for orders under 50€. For orders over 50€ the cash on delivery cost is free. Payment is made to the courier’s personnel.
-You cannot pay the amount of the order upon delivery to your location for orders outside Greece.
2.Pay with credit card, debit card, prepaid card
Our online store accepts payments with credit cards, debit cards or prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners and Discover. Unfortunately, we do not accept installment payments. All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank which uses TLS 1.2 encryption with encryption protocol 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL).
3.Pay with Paypal
You can use your Paypal account to pay for your order. By choosing this form of payment you will be directed to Paypal's Online Safe Payments System.
4. Pay by bank transfer to our company’s account
If you wish to pay by bank transfer to our company’s account, you are requested to deposit the amount due for the order to one of our company’s accounts as mentioned below only after you receive our confirmation of order availability and successful registration. You are required to send proof of payment via email to esales@therosae.com within 5 days from the order confirmation for your order to be put on hold. In case you exceed the above time limit, your order will be cancelled. If you deposit by mistake the amount after the above mentioned time limit, please contact our company immediately.

5. Pay with Masterpass
Masterpass is the new global service for online payments using a digital wallet, providing participating merchants with even higher speed, ease and security in their transactions. If you choose to pay with Masterpass, you will be directed to log in to the digital wallet that you have created with your bank. You will then have to choose your preferred card in order to complete the transaction.
Note that during card payment, no card or other personal information is communicated to our company.
