Our products are delivered in Greece via the express delivery company “ACS” (www.acscourier.gr) and abroad by “UPS” (www.ups.com) or Hellenic post(www.elta.gr).

Pending on the product availability and completion of necessary checks, all orders received before 14:00 pm local time will be shipped by the next working day. If we receive your order after 14:00 pm, it will be sent within 2 working days. You can check any time the status of your order using the order number that we will provide you with, after you submit the order.

If a product is not available at the moment, the order will remain pending and you will be informed of the expected availability by email.

Domestic shipping
- All domestic orders are delivered through “ACS” express delivery.
- The cost of delivery can be found at any time in your shopping basket or during checkout.

Shipping abroad
- All international orders are delivered through “UPS” express delivery or the Hellenic post (ELTA).
- The cost of delivery can be found at any time in your shopping basket or during checkout.

In the event that the address declared by the customer changes or is invalid, the customer is responsible for the prompt notification of the carrier or he/she will be charged any additional cost of shipping.

Delivery time

Our company is not responsible for delays due to:  the function of the carrier, or their faulty communication with the customer, delays of Customs offices, strikes, or any other incident of force majeure.

Estimated delivery times for orders are valid from the next day of delivery to Courier as below:

Domestic shipping
- Up to 2 working days within Attica
- 3-4 business days to terrestrial Greece
- 4-5 business days to Greek islands
- Up to 6 business days for inaccessible areas

Shipping abroad

UPS
- 3-4 working days to European Union
- 3-6 working days to the rest of the world
Hellenic Post (ELTA)
- 7-10 working days to European Union
- 11-16 working days to the rest of the world
